Week 4: Post 2

My frequent websites are, Bebe.com and Bank Of America. My outfits are from Bebe.com and I check my bank count daily. I navigate through this websites, daily. I love shopping. Bebe: http://www.bebe.com/ Bank of America: https://www.bankofamerica.com/ Effective: These websites are effective, because they have great photos, that you can zoom in and out. As well size charts to help you with your size, and several options to manage your account. These websites are very easy to navigate. Design: These websites are a lot of information, but it is well organized. The images are professional. Come back: These websites are my favorite. I login to my bank account daily. I like to monitor my checking's account. This website also has a lot of tools to calculate a mortgage payment or loans re-payment. Bebe.com is were I buy my outfits. They are unique and cute. Website Analyzing Companies with Potential Problems: Company One: Jami Lin's Potential problems for visitors: Too busy Too many advertisements fixture of photos Improvements: Reduce the photos. Make them all relatable to the company. Create a theme of colors and idea. Reduce the messages in the main page This company website is very busy and confusing. I am very confused and don't know what type of business it is. There are too many photos and writing. It is not attractive to look through. Company Two: Potential problems for visitors: No company title Too busy Too much writing Improvements: Add company title at the top of the page.  Reduce the message and writing amount. Social media platforms are great techniques to use for communication, for business or as a consumer. Our world is so advance now! We have answers on the tips of our fingers! Difficulty communicating with a business: I have experiences communicating with business. For the most part, there are small business who are not professional or who do not have social media platforms. That's were you will experience difficulties communicating with business. If all business were online, then, it would be easy to communicate. Not being online, could be an advantage to void negative reviews on your business.
